Any and all records related to but not limited to;

1) A list of all records held by Croplife South Africa pertaining to glyphosate, collected between the 1st of January 2003 and the date of this application;

2) Copies of any comments made by CropLife SA or AVCASA made to the Registrar: Act No.36 of 1947, in response to the call for comments on the publication of the pesticide management policy, stated in Government Gazette Notice 499 of 2006, 13th April 2006;

c) The dates of all meetings of CropLife South Africa’s Executive Council (as referenced in 1.3 of CropLife South Africa’s Code of Conduct) from January 2011 to the present;

d) Copies of all minutes from the above said meetings;

e) A list of all recorded transgressions from CropLife SA’s ‘code of conduct’ (as referenced under section 6 of the code of code of conduct;

f) The copy of the report of the investigation carried out by AVCASA / CropLife into the aerial application of glyphosate close to a school in Marblehall in February 2009, as referenced in a AVCASA media statement of 2 March 2009.
